2024-2027 LCAP
As part of the California funding formula for schools, known as the Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF), school districts, county offices of education and charter schools are required to develop, adopt, and annually update a three-year Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP).
Communication Guides/Guia de Comunicaciones
This guide is designed to strengthen communication between the district, our schools, and all of our families. Our goal is to ensure open, transparent, and timely communication to keep everyone informed and engaged throughout the school year.
In the guide, you will find:
- A monthly communication schedule, detailing how and when we will share important district and school updates through newsletters, autodialers, and social media.
- Information on how to access the Parent Portal (Aeries) and how to report concerns using Sprigeo, our platform for addressing safety and bullying issues.
- Contact details for school sites and district departments, ensuring that your questions or concerns can be directed to the right people for quick and effective resolutions.
- Steps to address any concerns related to instruction, grading, or student well-being.
We believe that effective communication is key to building trust and fostering a positive environment for our students, families, and staff. The Communications Guide will help us achieve this goal by providing clear channels for all members of our community to stay informed and connected.
